| Abstract: | Проанализированы предпосылки, ход и результаты секретных палестино-израильских переговоров в Осло в 1993 г. на основе трудов норвежского исследователя Хильде Вааге. Особое внимание уделено роли Норвегии в открытии и поддержании тайного канала переговоров. Сделаны выводы о целесообразности и перспективности участия малых стран в разрешении международных конфликтов. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article attempts to outline the background to, and analyse the course and outcome of, the secret Palestinian-Israeli negotiations in Oslo in 1993, based on the work of Norwegian researcher Hilde Waage. Particular attention was paid to Norway’s role in opening and maintaining the secret channel of negotiations. Conclusions were drawn on the feasibility and prospects of small countries’ participation in international conflict resolution. |
