| Abstract: | В статье представлены результаты пилотажного эмпирического исследования взаимосвязи эмоционального интеллекта и стратегий поведения в конфликте в период взрослости. Установлены статистически значимые взаимосвязи: эмоциональной осведомлённости и соперничества, эмоциональной осведомлённости и сотрудничества, распознавания эмоций других людей и приспособления. Постулируется необходимость проведения масштабных эмпирических исследований данного предметного поля для выявления общих закономерностей и разработки последующих практических рекомендаций. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article presents the results of a pilot empirical study of the relationship between emotional intelligence and behavior strategies in conflict during adulthood. Statistically significant relationships established between emotional awareness and competition, emotional awareness and cooperation, recognition of other people’s emotions and adaptation. The need to conduct large-scale empirical studies of this subject field is postulated to identify general patterns and develop subsequent practical recommendations. |
