| Abstract: | Рассматриваются политические отношения между Турцией и Беларусью. Показывается эволюция взаимоотношений: двусторонние контакты, сотрудничество в рамках международных организаций, а также влияние политических мероприятий на развитие экономического взаимодействия. Отмечаются не только успехи, но и сложности, которые успешно разрешались в рамках диалога представителей двух стран. В результате анализа двустороннего политического взаимодействия автор выделяет этапы становления (1991—1995 гг.), самоопределения сторон и плодотворного диалога (1996—2009 гг.) и активного сотрудничества (2010 г. — настоящее время). Подчеркивается роль политических лидеров двух стран в развитии отношений между государствами. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The political relations between Turkey and Belarus are considered. The evolution of relations is shown: bilateral contacts, cooperation within the framework of international organisations, as well as the influence of political events on the development of economic interaction. Not only successes but also difficulties that were successfully resolved in the dialogue between the representatives of the two countries are highlighted. As a result of the analysis of bilateral political cooperation, the author identifies the stage of formation (1991—1995), the stage of self-determination of the parties and fruitful dialogue (1996—2009) and the stage of active cooperation (2010 — present). The role of political leaders of the two countries in the development of relations between the states is emphasised. |
