| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются проблемы создания и деятельности механизма взаимодействия «БРИКС плюс» и расширения БРИКС в контексте глобальной трансформации международных отношений. Автор связывает соответствующие процессы с общей трансформацией объединения БРИКС, приходя к выводу, что создание механизма «БРИКС плюс» и расширение БРИКС в 2023 г. стали закономерным результатом деятельности «пятерки», роста ее авторитета в мировой политике и экономике, умения успешно реагировать на современные вызовы и решать возникающие проблемы. Особенно значимым было воздействие БРИКС на страны «глобального Юга». На основе анализа мнений экспертов в странах БРИКС и странах Запада, автор приходит к выводу о вероятности воздействия «внешних акторов» на деятельность расширенного БРИКС с целью его раскола и игры на противоречиях между государствами – членами. Автор приходит к выводу о необходимости усовершенствования механизмов деятельности указанного объединения с учетом новых обстоятельств. Научная новизна исследования заключается в оценке воздействия новых механизмов деятельности БРИКС на современные международные отношения. Результаты исследования могут использоваться для дальнейшего изучения БРИКС и оценке его роли в современных международных отношениях. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the problems of the creation and operation of the BRICS+ interaction mechanism and the expansion of BRICS in the context of the global transformation of international relations. The author connects the relevant processes with the general transformation of the BRICS association, coming to the conclusion that the creation of the BRICS+ mechanism and the expansion of BRICS in 2023 were the natural result of the activities of the “five”, the growth of its authority in world politics and economics, the ability to successfully respond to modern challenges and solve emerging problems. The impact of BRICS on the countries of the “global South” was particularly significant. Based on the analysis of the opinions of experts in the BRICS countries and Western countries, the author comes to the conclusion about the likelihood of the impact of “external actors” on the activities of the expanded BRICS in order to split it and play on the contradictions between the member states. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to improve the mechanisms of activity of this association, taking into account new circumstances. The scientific novelty of the study is to assess the impact of the new mechanisms of BRICS activities on modern international relations. The results of the study can be used for further study of BRICS and assessment of its role in modern international relations. |
