| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются особенности продвижения концепции Китая «Сообщество единой судьбы человечества» на международной арене. Внимание концентрируется на главной форме продвижения – проекте «Диалог КПК с миром», который организуется руководством КНР с 2014 г. По праву самым значимым в реализации концепции стал 2017 г., когда на церемонии открытия «Диалог КПК с миром–2017» Председатель КНР Си Цзиньпин заявил, что концепция превращается из идеи в реальные действия. Подтверждением тому является повышение ее уровня до полноценного включения во внешнеполитическую стратегию Китая на XIX Всекитайском съезде. Также в настоящей статье представлены концептуальные основы Инициативы по глобальному развитию и Инициативы по глобальной безопасности, в качестве основных форм практической реализации концепции «Сообщества единой судьбы человечества». Так, Инициатива по глобальному развитию призывает мир к усилению макроэкономической политики, в том числе за счет предоставления целенаправленной поддержки китайской стороной развивающимся странам. В свою очередь, Инициатива по глобальной безопасности призывает страны отказаться от конфронтационного мышления в пользу рациональных гарантий безопасности глобального масштаба. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the features of promoting China’s concept of the «Community of the Shared Destiny of Humanity» in the international arena. Attention is focused on the main form of promotion – the project «Dialogue of the CPC with the World», which has been organized by the leadership of the PRC since 2014. Rightfully, the most significant year in the implementation of the concept was 2017, when at the opening ceremony of the «Dialogue of the Communist Party of China with the World 2017», President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping said that the concept was turning from an idea into real actions. This is confirmed by the increase in its level to full inclusion in China’s foreign policy strategy at the 19th National Congress. This article also presents the conceptual foundations of the Global Development Initiative and the Global Security Initiative, as the main forms of practical implementation of the concept of the «Community of the Shared Destiny of Humanity». Thus, the Global Development Initiative calls on the world to strengthen macroeconomic policies, including through the provision of targeted Chinese support to developing countries. In turn, the Global Security Initiative calls on countries to abandon confrontational thinking in favor of rational security guarantees on a global scale. |
