| Abstract: | Отмечается, что в ХХ и ХХI вв. политические идеи И. Канта, в частности его проект вечного мира, не только не утратили свое значение, но и послужили основой для создания ряда программ и проектов, призванных построить равноправные межгосударственные отношения и обеспечить глобальную безопасность. Проект вечного мира И. Канта не раз становился объектом полемики представителей разных философских концепций. Предпринимается попытка рассмотреть две противоположные концепции толкования политической философии мыслителя. Сторонники космополитической концепции опираются на те положения И. Канта, в которых решающая роль в обеспечении глобального мира отводится межгосударственным объединениям. Сторонники этатистской концепции не только опровергают взгляды своих оппонентов, но и сомневаются в том, что сам И. Кант придерживался космополитической точки зрения. |
| Abstract (in another language): | It is noted that in the 20th and 21st centuries the political ideas of I. Kant, in particular his project of eternal peace, not only did not lose their importance, projects designed to build equal interstate relations and ensure global security. The project of eternal peace by I. Kant has repeatedly become the object of controversy by representatives of various philosophical concepts. An attempt is made to consider two opposing concepts of interpretation of the thinker’s political philosophy. Proponents of the cosmopolitan concept rely on those provisions of I. Kant, in which the decisive role in ensuring global peace is assigned to interstate associations. Supporters of the statist concept not only refute the views of their opponents, but also doubt that I. Kant himself adhered to the cosmopolitan point of view. |
