| Abstract: | XXI ознаменовывается новыми вызовами для менеджмента. Постепенные смены основных парадигм и направлений, от принципов массового производства до бережливого и далее к адаптивности. Новые виды конкуренции, новый тип поведении потребителей ведет к переосмыслению места организации в социально-экономическом пространстве, и формированию связей в этом пространстве. Предлагается внедрение такого параметра как организационная устойчивость, которая является ответом на современные вызовы и рассматривает устойчивость организации в контексте ее бизнес-пространства |
| Abstract (in another language): | XXI is marked by new challenges for management. Gradual changes of main paradigms and directions, from mass production principles to lean and further to adaptability. New types of competition, a new type of consumer behavior leads to a rethinking of the place of the organization in the socio-economic space, and the formation of links in this space. It is proposed to introduce such a parameter as organizational sustainability, which is a response to modern challenges and considers the sustainability of the organization in the context of its business space |
