| Abstract: | Рассмотрено понятие финансового суверенитета в контексте усиления роли государств как суверенных субъектов финансового рынка. Показаны причины нарастания финансовой нагрузки на суверенных субъектов для покрытия расходов на управление суверенными финансовыми рисками. Представлены направления усиления рисков финансового суверенитета государств на фоне активизации процессов в глобальной финансовой системе, связанных с глобализацией, курсом на зеленую экономику и устойчивое развитие, цифровизацию и санкционный кризис. Отмечены ценность и риски валютного и финансового суверенитета государств, обусловленные расширением криптовалютного рынка, а также предстоящей реформой мировой финансовой архитектуры |
| Abstract (in another language): | The concept of financial sovereignty is considered in the context of strengthening the role of states as sovereign subjects of the financial market. The reasons for the increase in financial burden on sovereign entities to cover the costs of managing sovereign financial risks are shown. The directions for increasing the risks of the financial sovereignty of states against the backdrop of intensifying processes in the global financial system associated with globalization, the course towards a green economy and sustainable development, digitalization and the sanctions crisis are presented. The value and risks of the monetary and financial sovereignty of states, caused by the expansion of the cryptocurrency market, as well as the upcoming reform of the global financial architecture, are noted |
