| Abstract: | Рынок цифровых финансовых активов в России только зарождается, однако уже прорабатываются возможные схемы новых выпусков. В одном из докладов Банк России призывает создавать регуляторные условия для токенизации различных видов активов, в том числе, задолженность третьих лиц, что по сути является «цифровой секьюритизацией». В данной статье автор рассматривает развитие рынка секьюритизации, влияние на него новых цифровых технологий, а также потенциальные преимущества «цифровой секьюритизации» |
| Abstract (in another language): | The market for digital financial assets in Russia is only in its early stages but potential schemes for new issuances are already being explored. In one of its reports, the Bank of Russia calls for the creation of regulatory conditions for tokenization of various types of assets, including third-party debt, which is essentially "digital securitization". In this article, the author examines the development of the securitization market, the impact of new digital technologies on the market, and the potential benefits of "digital securitization" |
