| Abstract: | В статье анализируется опыт проведения открытой продажи акций белорусскими акционерными обществами с преобладающей долей государства в уставном фонде, анализируются условия проведения и предъявляемые требования к инвесторам. В работе описываются итоги размещения акций и анализируются сложности, возникающие в процессе первичного публичного предложения акций, выделяются перспективы его развития в сложившихся условиях, а также акцентируется внимание на роли ОАО «Белорусская валютно-фондовая биржа» при организации IPO |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyses the experience of conducting an open sale of shares by Belarusian joint-stock companies with a predominant state share in the authorized capital, analyses the conditions for conducting the sale, and outlines the requirements for investors. The paper describes the results of the placement of shares, analyses the difficulties arising in the process of the initial public offering of shares, highlights the prospects for its development in the current conditions, and also focuses on the role of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange in organizing the IPO |
