| Abstract: | В исследовании рассматривается специфика Национальной инновационной системы Российской Федерации. Выделяются современные особенности: ускорение НТП, структурная перестройка, интеллектуализация персонала, гуманизация управления. Подчеркивается важность духовно-нравственной сущности воспроизводства инноваций как современная специфика интеллектуальной активности НИС. Предлагается новая трактовка определения понятия «НИС». Выводы автора в совокупности способствуют систематизации научно-исследовательской деятельности, определению нового акцента к разработке эффективных управленческих решений в целях обеспечения технологического суверенитета РФ |
| Abstract (in another language): | The study examines the specific of the National Innovation System of the Russian Federation. Modern features are highlighted: acceleration of STP, structural restructuring, intellectualization of personnel, humanization of management. The importance of the spiritual and moral essence of innovation reproduction as a modern specificity of the intellectual activity of NIS is emphasized. A new interpretation of the definition of NIS is proposed. The author's conclusions collectively contribute to the systematization of research activities, the definition of a new emphasis on the development of effective management solutions in order to ensure the technological sovereignty of the Russian Federation |
