| Abstract: | Климатическая повестка, обладая острой актуальностью для всего мира, приводит к структурным сдвигам в экономике и трансформации углеродоемких секторов экономики. Особой значимостью для эффективной декарбонизации производственно-технологических процессов, формирования новых рынков углероднонейтральных технологий и продуктов обладает развитие институциональной среды климатически нейтрального экономического роста. Объектом специального внимания в исследовании выступает политика государства, которая активизирует усилия бизнес-структур и является главным драйвером перехода к углеродной нейтральности |
| Abstract (in another language): | The climate agenda, which is of acute relevance to the whole world, leads to structural shifts in the economy and the transformation of carbon-intensive sectors of the economy. Of particular importance for the effective decarbonization of production and technological processes, the formation of new markets for carbon neutral technologies and products is the development of an institutional environment to ensure climate-neutral economic growth. The object of special attention in the study is the policy of the state, which activates the efforts of business structures and is the main driver of the transition to carbon neutrality |
