| Abstract: | Статья посвящена разработке теоретико-методологических и методических основ эффективного управления трансфером научно-технической информацией (НТИ) от ее генераторов до пользователей (потребителей) через государственную систему научно-технической информации (ГСНТИ). Показано, что управление ГСНТИ, ориентированное на минимизацию трансакционных издержек трансфера НТИ, приведет к стимулированию научно-технической и инновационной деятельности в Республике Беларусь и, соответственно, к укреплению ее экономической и национальной безопасности |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodological and methodological foundations for the effective management of the transfer of scientific and technical information (STI) from its generators to users (consumers) through the state system of scientific and technical information (SSSTI). It is shown that the management of SSSTI, focused on minimizing the transaction costs of STI transfer, will lead to the stimulation of scientific, technical and innovative activities in the Republic of Belarus and, accordingly, to the strengthening of its economic and national security |
