| Abstract: | В статье предпринята попытка проанализировать некоторые аспекты состояния и динамики научно-инновационных потенциалов Беларуси и России (Союзного государства) на фоне других стран мира. Особое внимание уделяется: количеству и качеству персонала, занятого исследованиями и разработками; внутренним затратам на исследования и разработки, наукоемкости ВВП. На основе проведенного анализа делается вывод об увеличении разрыва между научно-инновационным потенциалом Беларуси и России и ведущими странами мира |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article attempts to analyze certain aspects of the state and dynamics of the scientific and innovative potentials of Belarus and Russia (the Union State) in comparison to other countries in the world. Special attention is given to the quantity and quality of personnel engaged in research and development, internal expenditures on research and development, and the knowledge intensity of GDP. Based on the conducted analysis, the conclusion is drawn about the increasing gap between the scientific and innovative potentials of Belarus and Russia and leading countries in the world |
