| Abstract: | Объективная реальность современной экономики такова, что невозможно игнорировать существование и влияние теневой экономики (далее – ТЭ) на развитие товаров и услуг на всех уровнях народного хозяйства. Также известны факты нахождения международных финансовых и товарных потоков под ощутимым влиянием ТЭ. Доля ТЭ в разных государствах может весьма отличаться, в развитых – меньше, в развивающихся – больше. Хотя, в последние годы и такое утверждение начинает становиться спорным. Размер ТЭ является своего рода индикатором, отражающим в общем виде уровень социально-экономического здоровья общества и качество управления государства. Государства пытаются формировать и продвигать в активное использование инструменты контроля и сдерживания теневого рынка. Особенно это становится актуальным в условиях необходимости реализации практически повсеместно признаваемых целей устойчивого развития ООН. В частности, непосредственно связанной в рамках борьбы с теневой экономикой становится цель 8 устойчивого развития: «Достойная работа и экономический рост» |
| Abstract (in another language): | The objective reality of the modern economy is such that it is impossible to ignore the existence and influence of the shadow economy (SE) on the development of goods and services at all levels of the national economy. There are also known facts that international financial and commodity flows are under the noticeable influence of energy efficiency. The share of fuel in different countries can vary greatly, in developed countries it is less, in developing countries it is more. Although, in recent years, this statement has begun to become controversial. The size of the TE is a kind of indicator that generally reflects the level of socio-economic health of society and the quality of government. States are trying to form and actively use tools to control and contain the shadow market. This becomes especially relevant in the context of the need to implement the almost universally recognized UN sustainable development goals. In particular, Sustainable Development Goal 8: “Decent work and economic growth” becomes directly related to the fight against the shadow economy |
