| Abstract: | В статье исследуется влияние цифровой трансформации на рынок труда. Описаны изменения в технологических процессах, новые требования к компетенциям работников и профессиям, а также проблема кадрового разрыва. Анализируются современные научные публикации и отчеты международных организаций, сравнивается опыт цифровой трансформации в разных странах. Особое внимание уделяется роли системы образования в подготовке кадров, способных адаптироваться к новым условиям, и необходимости расширения спектра профессиональных знаний. В статье предложены рекомендации по совершенствованию системы социальной защиты и адаптации образовательных программ для обеспечения устойчивого развития рынка труда. |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article explores the impact of digital transformation on the labor market. It describes changes in technological processes, new requirements for worker skills and professions, and the issue of skills gap. The authors analyze current scientific publications and reports from international organizations, comparing the digital transformation experiences across different countries. Special attention is given to the role of the education system in preparing workers capable of adapting to new conditions and the necessity of expanding the range of professional skills. The article provides recommendations for improving the social protection system and adapting educational programs to ensure sustainable labor market development. |
