| Abstract: | Профессиональные виртуальные сообщества получают широкое признание и распространение. В связи с этим актуализируется рассмотрение основных принципов их работы. В рамках концепции информационного общества постулируется идея того, что виртуальные сообщества базируются на принципах техномеритократии. В статье определяются основные параметры техномеритократии на основе материалов научных публикаций, а затем дается оценка возможности проявления ее основных принципов в профессиональных виртуальных сообществах путем проведения экспертных интервью с экспертами. |
| Abstract (in another language): | Professional virtual communities are widely recognized and spread. In this regard, the consideration of the basic principles of their work is actualized. In the framework of the concept of information society, the idea that virtual communities are based on the principles of techno-meritocracy is postulated. The article defines the main para- meters of technomeritocracy on the basis of scientific publications, and then assesses the possibility of manifestation of its basic principles in professional virtual communities by conducting expert interviews. |
