| Abstract: | Актуализирована проблема подготовки педагогических кадров высшей школы на ступени углубленного высшего образования (магистратура). Рассмотрен трансфер педагогических инноваций как важный фактор профессионального становления преподавателя высшей школы. Охарактеризованы новые вызовы и задачи подготовки магистрантов. Представлены контекстные условия и педагогические смыслы понятия «инновации» и авторские методические произведения, описаны направления и каналы трансфера инновационного педагогического опыта, а также дидактическая роль цифрового сопровождения образовательного процесса. |
| Abstract (in another language): | In the article the author actualises the problem of training teaching staff at the level of advanced higher education (master’s degree). Considers the transfer of pedagogical innovations as an important factor in the professional development of a higher school teacher. The article characterises new challenges and tasks in the preparation of master’s degree students. Presents the contextual conditions and pedagogical meanings of the concept «innovations» and the author’s methodological works, describes the directions and channels for the transfer of innovative pedagogical experience, as well as the didactic role of digital support of the educational process. |
