Abstract: The economy at large, policymakers can implement targeted policies that prioritize the interests of all members of society. This paper examines the realization of public interests in the process of digital economy development, highlighting the importance of considering demographic factors in shaping economic policies. Through a review of relevant literature and case studies, the paper provides insights into how governments can achieve a more equitable and inclusive digital economy that benefits everyone. It also discusses the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital economy, particularly in relation to ensuring that public interests are protected and promoted in the face of rapid technological change. Ultimately, the paper emphasizes the need for a collaborative approach to economic development that incorporates multiple perspectives and takes into account the needs and aspirations of diverse demographic groups
