| Abstract: | В статье проведен анализ особенностей эволюции роли публичной дипломатии в укреплении белорусско-китайского всестороннего сотрудничества. За последние несколько десятилетий дружественные отношения между Китаем и Беларусью непрерывно развивались и стали образцом построения концепции сообщества единой судьбы человечества. Автором статьи на основе схемы «акта коммуникации», предложенной известным политологом Г. Д. Лассуэллом, проведен структурный и функциональный анализ развития сотрудничества в области публичной дипломатии между двумя странами, предложены рекомендации для упрочения и диверсификации белорусско-китайского всестороннего партнерства |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the features of the evolution of public diplomacy in strengthening Belarusian-Chinese comprehensive cooperation. Over the past few decades, friendly relations between China and Belarus have continuously developed and become a model for building the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind. The author of the article is based on the scheme of the “act of communication” proposed by the famous political scientist H. D. Lasswell, conducted a structural and functional analysis of the development of cooperation in the field of public diplomacy between the two countries, proposed recommendations for strengthening and diversifying the Belarusian-Chinese comprehensive partnership |
