| Abstract: | Автор статьи отмечает, что преступность выступает одной из угроз национальной безопасности. В статье предлагается рассмотреть введение норм с административной преюдицией в качестве механизма повышения эффективности практического применения уголовного законодательства. Анализируются основные проблемы, связанные с отсутствием научной основы разработанности института административной преюдиции. Проводится сравнительно-правовой анализ регламентации административной преюдиции в законодательстве Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь. Предпринята попытка обозначить дальнейшие перспективные направления развития и повышения эффективности использования этого уголовно-правового института |
| Abstract (in another language): | The author of the article notes that crime is one of the threats to national security. The article proposes to consider the introduction of norms with administrative prejudice as a mechanism to increase the efficiency of the practical application of criminal law. The main problems associated with the lack of a scientific basis for the development of the institution of administrative prejudice are analyzed. A comparative legal analysis of the regulation of administrative prejudice in the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus is carried out. An attempt has been made to identify further promising directions for the development and increase in the efficiency of the use of this criminal law institution. |
