| Abstract: | В статье обсуждается вопрос о потенциале влияния муниципального управления на дискурсивные практики городской среды мегаполиса. Отмечается, что под влиянием современных концепций государственного управления происходит активное изменение инструментов взаимодействия органов муниципальной власти с населением. Названы отличительные свойства мегополисов, оказывающие влияние на специфику городских практик. Отмечается, что одной из специфичных черт управления в Москве, как ярком представителе мегаполисов, является сочетание на одной территории механизмов государственного и муниципального управления. Обосновано понимание и свойства дискурсивных практик, присущих городу. Названы современные инструменты коммуникации, обеспечивающие относительно направленное влияние муниципального управления на дискурсивные практики городской среды мегаполиса |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the potential influence of municipal government on the discursive practices of the urban environment of a metropolis. It is noted that under the influence of modern concepts of public administration, there is an active change in the instruments of interaction between municipal authorities and the population. The distinctive properties of metropolises that influence the specifics of urban practices are named. It is noted that one of the specific features of management in Moscow, as a prominent representative of megacities, is the combination of state and municipal management mechanisms on one territory. The understanding and properties of discursive practices inherent in the city are substantiated. Modern communication tools are named that provide a relatively directional influence of municipal government on the discursive practices of the urban environment of the metropolis |
