| Abstract: | Целью статьи является рассмотрение концепции «умного города» в странах объединения БРИКС на основе анализа статистических данных Всемирного Банка, анализа Индекса сетевой готовности, Индекса Умного Города, рейтинга Минстроя России. В ходе работы над статьей были изучены цифровые проекты, предлагаемые странами-партнерами БРИКС для продвижения инициативы «Умные города». Исследовав соответствующие данные, удалось выявить страны-лидеры БРИКС в области цифровизации городов. Ключевыми цифровыми инициативами для повышения значимости «умных городов» в странах БРИКС являются: доступность интернет-соединения для граждан, развитость электронной коммерции, «Большие данные» в цифровой экономике города, «Интернет вещей», система Блокчейн. В рамках статьи были даны рекомендации странам-лидерам в сфере цифровой трансформации, касающиеся помощи отстающим странам |
| Abstract (in another language): | The purpose of the article is to consider the concept of a “smart city” in the BRICS countries by studying statistical data from the World Bank, analyzing the Network Readiness Index, the Smart City Index, and the rating of the Russian Ministry of Construction. While working on the article, we studied the digital projects proposed by the BRICS partner countries to promote the smart cities initiative. Having studied the relevant data, it was possible to identify the leading BRICS countries in the field of digitalization of cities. The key digital initiatives to increase the importance of “smart cities” in the BRICS countries are: the availability of Internet connections for citizens, the development of e-commerce, “Big Data” in the city’s digital economy, the “Internet of Things”, and the Blockchain system. As part of the article, recommendations were given and proposals were made to leading countries in the field of digital transformation to help lagging countries |
