| Abstract: | У артыкуле даецца перыядызацыя гісторыі знешняй палітыцы Рэспублікі Беларусь, пачынаючы з 1991 г. і заканваючы канцом 2023 г. Аўтар прааналізваў асноўныя этапы фарміравання і развіцця знешняй палітыкі незалежнай Беларусі і коратка апісаў іх характэрныя рысы. Вопыт трох дзесяцігоддзяў самастойнага развіцця Беларусі паказвае, што ў яе гісторыі выразна вылучаецца знешнепалітычная дзейнасць парламенцкай рэспублікі і прэзідэнцкай рэспублікі. Рубяжом паміж імі з’яўляецца 1994 г., калі прэзідэнтам краіны быў абраны А. Р. Лукашэнка. Аўтар падзяляе прэзідэнцкі перыяд у знешнепалітычнай гісторыі суверэннай Беларусі на чатыры этапы і адзначае іх характэрныя рысы. | Abstract (in another language): | The article provides a periodization of the history of the foreign policy of the Republic of Belarus, starting from 1991 and ending at the end of 2023. The author analyzed the main stages of the formation and development of the foreign policy of independent Belarus and briefly described their characteristic features. The experience of three decades of independent development of Belarus shows that the foreign policy activities of the parliamentary republic and the presidential republic clearly stand out in its history. The turning point between them is 1994, when A. Lukashenka was elected president of the country. The author divides the presidential period in the foreign policy history of sovereign Belarus into four stages and notes their characteristic features. The results of the activities of the Belarusian state in the field of foreign policy, diplomacy and foreign economic activities (economic diplomacy) are summarized |
