| dc.description.abstract | Представленная публикация посвящена проблематике дальнейшего развития евразийской интеграции в части регламентации государственных закупок. С опорой на существующую нормативно-правовую базу союза, актуальное состояние рассматриваемой сферы, зарубежный опыт ее развития и ожидаемый положительный эффект определены направления развития системы регулирования государственных закупок, значимые с позиций практической реализации выделенных автором положений. Значение проведенного исследования определяется приоритетностью снятия имеющихся вопросов в контексте дальнейшей унификации подходов государств — членов Евразийского экономического союза (ЕАЭС) к предоставлению взаимного допуска к закупкам, предполагающим использование средств государственного бюджета и приравненных к нему источников. В статье рассмотрены ключевые особенности, проблемы и факторы, наиболее значимые для повышения эффективности межстранового взаимодействия в сегменте государственных закупок в ЕАЭС | |

Based on the existing regulatory framework of the Union, the current state of the area under consideration, foreign experience in its development and the expected positive effect, determined are the directions for the development of the public procurement regulation system, significant from the standpoint of the practical implementation of the provisions highlighted by the author. The value of the study is related to the priority of resolving topical issues existing in the context of further unification of the approaches of the Eurasian Economic Union member states to providing mutual access to procurement financed from the state budget funds or equivalent sources.
