| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены основные трактовки определения «умный город». Актуальность исследования заключается в том, что концепция «умного города» обеспечивает благоприятную городскую среду, высокое качество жизни жителей и одновременно способствует экономическому росту. Выявлен ряд особенностей и направлений развития «умного города». Приведена классификация 10 самых «умных городов» мира. Представлены различные программы по реализации концепции «умного города». Сделан вывод о необходимости дальнейшей реализации данной концепции |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article discusses the main interpretations of the definition of «smart city». The relevance of the study lies in the fact that the concept of a «smart city» provides a favorable urban environment, a high quality of life for residents and at the same time promotes economic growth. A number of features and directions for the development of a «smart city» have been identified. A classification of the 10 smartest cities in the world is given. Various programs for the implementation of the «smart city» concept are presented. The conclusion is made about the necessity of further implementation of this concept |
