| Abstract: | Цель статьи охарактеризовать уровень развития человеческого потенциала в странах БРИКС и определить наиболее уязвимые сферы для человеческого развития. В статье отмечены особенности политики стран БРИКС по развитию и реализации человеческого потенциала. Обозначены основные тенденции развития человеческого потенциала стран БРИКС и изменение его совокупного уровня после вступления новых членов. Выявлены проблемы развития человеческого потенциала и предложены пути их возможного решения на наднациональном уровне |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is aimed to characterize the level of human development in the BRICS countries and to identify the most vulnerable areas for human development. The article marks out peculiarities of BRICS countries’ policy on development and realization of human potential. The main human development trends of the BRICS countries and the change of its aggregate level after the accession of new members have been outlined. The article identifies problems of human potential development and offers ways of their possible solution at the supranational level |
