| Abstract: | В работе рассматриваются теоретико-методологические аспекты кластерной концепции, прослеживается ее взаимосвязь с системным подходом и концепцией национальных инновационных систем, приводятся актуальные данные развития кластеров в мире в соответствии с глобальным индексом инноваций 2022 г., приведена динамика изменения данного индекса для Республики Беларусь в период 2012—2022 гг. В соответствии с Концепцией национальных инновационных систем выявлены взаимосвязи между инновационным потенциалом страны и степенью развития кластеров в мировой экономике. На основе анализа зарубежного опыта выявлены ключевые аспекты развития кластеров в Республике Беларусь |
| Abstract (in another language): | The work considers the theoretical and methodological aspects of the cluster concept, traces its relationship with the system approach and the concept of national innovative systems, provides current data on the development of clusters in the world in accordance with the Global Innovation Index 2022; the dynamics of changes in this Index for the Republic of Belarus in the period 2012—2022 is presented. In accordance with the Concept of National Innovation Systems, the relationships between the country’s innovation potential and the degree of cluster growth in the global economy have been identified. Based on the analysis of foreign experience, key aspects of cluster development in the Republic of Belarus are developed |
