| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются и характеризуются вопросы, связанные с современной концепцией морской безопасности Китая. Отмечается усиление внимания Китая к национальной морской политике, связанное с намеченной задачей по его превращению в великую морскую державу. Отдельная роль в исследовании отводится изучению американского фактора в формировании китайской концепции морской безопасности. Приводятся примеры того, как США непосредственно включаются в региональный процесс урегулирования территориальных споров в Южно-Китайском и Восточно-Китайском морях. Позиция США противоречит доказательным доводам Китая о его правах на архипелаги в этих морях. Определяется, что стремление Китая к установлению согласия между двумя сторонами тайваньского пролива не получает дипломатической поддержки у США. Установлено, что Китай учитывает усиливающуюся геополитическую адаптацию США в регионе при выстраивании собственной системы морской безопасности |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines and characterizes issues related to the modern concept of Chinese maritime security. There is an increase in China’s attention to national maritime policy, associated with the intended task of turning it into a great maritime power. A separate role in the study is given to the study of the American factor in the formation of the Chinese concept of maritime security. Examples are given of how the United States is directly involved in the regional process of resolving territorial disputes in the South China and East China Seas. The US position contradicts China’s evidentiary arguments about its rights to archipelagos in these seas. It is determined that China’s desire to establish agreement between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait does not receive diplomatic support from the United States. It was established that China takes into account the increasing geopolitical adaptation of the United States in the region when building its own maritime security system |
