| Abstract: | В статье исследуется трансформация концепции неоосманизма с XX по XXI в. Автор исследует зарождение и появление данной концепции в научном дискурсе в XX в. и отмечает его смысловую трансформацию в XXI в. Особое внимание автор уделяет отражению концепции неоосманизма во внешней политике правительства Р. Т. Эрдогана в отношении стран Ближнего Востока. Автор обращает внимание на использование термина «неоосманизм» для характеристики внешней политики Турции на современном этапе, подчеркивая комплексный и составной характер данного понятия |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article studies the transformation of the concept of neo-Ottomanism from the 20th to the 21st centuries. The author explores the origin and emergence of this concept in scientific discourse in the 20th century and notes its semantic transformation in the 21st century. The author pays special attention to the reflection of the concept of neo-Ottomanism in the foreign policy of the government of R. T. Erdogan towards the countries of the Middle East. The author draws attention to the use of the term «neo-Ottomanism» to characterize Turkish foreign policy at the present stage, emphasizing the complex and composite nature of this concept |
