| Abstract: | В статье дана оценка результатов XV саммита БРИКС, прошедшего в Йоханнесбурге 22—24 августа 2023 г. С точки зрения автора, саммит важным этапом в развитии БРИКС и оказал существенное воздействие на международные отношения. Решения саммита поспособствовали укреплению мировой многополярности. Новизна статьи заключается в оценке основных трендов формирования современной системы международных отношений. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в том, что оно раскрывает особенности функционирования БРИКС как инклюзивного объединения нового типа и оценивает значимость этого объединения в контексте существования «Глобального Юга» |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article assesses the results of the XV BRICS Summit held in Johannesburg on August 22-24, 2023. From the author’s point of view, the summit was an important stage in the development of BRICS and had a significant impact on international relations. The decisions of the summit contributed to the strengthening of global multipolarity. The novelty of the article lies in the assessment of the main trends in the formation of the modern system of international relations. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that it reveals the features of the functioning of the BRICS as an innovative association of a new type and assesses the significance of this association in the context of the existence of the Global South |
