| Abstract: | В статье проведен анализ концепции «мягкая сила» в современной зарубежной политической науке и теории международных отношений. Определена трактовка данной концепции Дж. Наем, приведены примеры научного раскрытия «мягкой силы» рядом китайский и российских политологов. Одной из определяющих категорий «мягкой силы» выступает фактор привлекательности, который формирует доверительные и целостные связи между отдельными акторами в международных отношениях. Выявлено, что в современной науке «мягкая сила» рассматривается также через призму ресурсного подхода, где данный концепт предстает как набор гуманитарных подходов, технологий и ресурсов для достижения определенных внешнеполитических целей. Отдельное внимание автор уделяет китайскому подходу к определению «мягкой силы», приводит в качестве объективного примера исследования Ван Хунина. Определено, что «мягкая сила» проявляется в китайской инициативе «Один пояс, один путь» и концепции сообщества единой судьбы человечества |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the concept of «soft power» in modern foreign political science and the theory of international relations. The interpretation of this concept by Joseph S. Nye is defined, and examples of the scientific disclosure of «soft power» by a number of Chinese and Russian political scientists are given. One of the defining categories of «soft power» is the attractiveness factor, which forms trusting and integral ties between individual actors in international relations. It has been revealed that in modern science «soft power» is also viewed through the prism of the resource approach, where this concept is a set of humanitarian approaches, technologies, and resources to achieve certain foreign policy goals. The author pays special attention to the Chinese approach to the definition of «soft power», citing Wang Huning’s research as an objective example. It has been determined that «soft power» is used in the Chinese Belt and Road initiative and the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind |
