| dc.description.abstract | В статье на документальном материале рассматривается сотрудничество Республики Беларусь и Республики Казахстан в области международной информационной безопасности (его нормативно-правовая база, форматы, механизмы, инициативы, особенности подходов). Актуальность исследования обусловлена стремительным развитием понятия «международная информационная безопасность» в контексте нарастания информационных угроз. Авторы осуществили попытку анализа и прогноза сотрудничества Беларуси и Казахстана по линии информационной безопасности. Исследование основано на междисциплинарном подходе и методологии школы неореализма. Авторы подчеркивают значение сотрудничества в формате ОДКБ, где оно наиболее интенсивно. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы при прогнозировании деятельности Беларуси и Казахстана в рассматриваемой области, а также в научной и педагогической работе | |
