Abstract:	В настоящее время начинается новый виток научно-технических революций. Конкуренция между стандартной системой и международными правилами в сфере цифровых технологий становится все более ожесточенной, а новые технологии и приложения продолжают появляться, внося новые изменения и оказывая новое влияние. При этом Китай и Беларусь наращивают усилия по созданию цифровой инфраструктуры и ускоряют цифровую трансформацию экономики. В статье выявлено состояние развития цифровой экономики Китая и Беларуси, рассмотрены предпосылки для развития их сотрудничества в области цифровой экономики, а также определены вызовы и направления развития отношений двух стран в условиях цифровизации
Abstract (in another language):	Currently, a new round of scientific and technological revolutions is beginning. Competition between the standard system and international digital regulations is becoming increasingly fierce, and new technologies and applications continue to emerge, bringing new changes and having new impacts. At the same time, China and Belarus are stepping up efforts to create digital infrastructure and accelerate the digital transformation of the economy. The article identifies the state of development of the digital economy of China and Belarus, examines the prerequisites for the development of their cooperation in the field of the digital economy, and also identifies challenges and directions for the development of relations between the two countries in the context of digitalization
