| Abstract: | В статье приведены результаты анализа эмпирического исследования связи алекситимии и склонности к алкогольной зависимости в популяции молодых мужчин. Теоретическим обоснованием цели работы выступают современные научные труды, в которых характеризуются специфические черты личности с предрасположенностью к алкогольной аддикции противоречиво. Результаты исследования свидетельствуют о том, что мужчинам с формирующимся алкоголизмом присущи такие черты как: трудности в оценке и вербализации собственных чувств и переживаний, поверхностность интроспекции собственного внутреннего мира, непонимание эмоций других людей, их мотивов и ожиданий. На основе проведенной работы предложены методы коррекции алекситимии, которые могут служить системой эффективной профилактики алкогольной зависимости |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article presents the results of the analysis of the empirical study of the connection between alexithymia and propensity to alcohol dependence in the population of young men. The theoretical substantiation of the purpose of the work is provided by modern scientific works, which characterise specific personality traits with a predisposition to alcohol addiction contradictorily. The results of the study indicate that men with emerging alcoholism are characterised by such features as: difficulties in assessing and verbalizing their own feelings and experiences, superficiality of introspection of their own inner world, lack of understanding of other people's emotions, their motives and expectations. On the basis of the conducted work the methods of alexithymia correction are offered, which can serve as a system of effective prevention of alcohol dependence |
