| Abstract: | Статья посвящена проблеме подросткового буллинга. Выделены факторы возникновения буллинга, проанализирована буллинг-структура. Отражены результаты изучения взаимосвязи ролевых позиций в буллинг-структуре и социально-коммуникативной компетентности подростков. Определено, что инициаторы буллинга и защитники жертвы отличаются более высокой социально-коммуникативной компетентностью. Подростки, склонные быть жертвой буллинга, наоборот, характеризуются более низкой социально-коммуникативной компетентностью – не уверены в себе в ситуациях нового общения, избегают неудач, не умеют управлять своими эмоциями. Пассивные роли помощника и наблюдателя чаще занимают подростки, избегающие неудач |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the problem of teenage bullying. Factors in the occurrence of bullying are identified and the bullying structure is analyzed. The results of studying the relationship between role positions in the bullying structure and the social and communicative competence of adolescents are reflected. It has been determined that initiators of bullying and defenders of the victim are distinguished by higher social and communicative competence. Teenagers who are prone to be victims of bullying, on the contrary, are characterized by lower social and communicative competence - they are not confident in themselves in situations of new communication, avoid failures, and do not know how to manage their emotions. Passive roles of assistant and observer are more often occupied by adolescents who avoid failure |
