| Abstract: | The article addresses the necessity of auditing the utilized digital tools in educational institutions and gives an overview of the key metrics applied after and during the digital transformation of an educational institution. It presents criteria for setting and implementing digital KPIs. The emphasis is laid on the use of digital KPIs for the purpose of evaluating the results of the implementation of digital platforms. |
| Abstract (in another language): | В статье обсуждается необходимость аудита цифровых инструментов, используемых в образовательных учреждениях, и дается обзор ключевых показателей, используемых во время и после внедрения цифровой трансформации образовательного учреждения. В нем представлены критерии для разработки и внедрения цифровых ключевых показателей эффективности. Акцент делается на использовании цифровых ключевых показателей эффективности для оценки результатов внедрения цифровых платформ. |
