| Abstract: | В Российской Федерации отмечаются высокие показатели смертности (12,9 %) и рост заболеваемости (+3,8 %) среди населения. При этом число расхождений клинических диагнозов и заключений патологоанатомов в отдельных регионах достигает 66 %. Была проанализирована динамика указанных показателей и выявлены ключевые риски, приводящие к ухудшению здоровья населения и снижению качества медицинского обслуживания. Предложенные уникальные авторские цифровые решения, направленные на оптимизацию работы медицинских кадров, обеспечение мониторинга здоровья населения, поддержку уровня здравоохранения в отдалённых территориях позволят добиться снижения темпов роста заболеваемости и смертности, что положительным образом повлияет на уровень человеческого капитала |
| Abstract (in another language): | In the Russian Federation, there are high mortality rates (12.9 %) and an increase in morbidity (+3.8 %) among the population. At the same time, the number of discrepancies in clinical diagnoses and conclusions of pathologists in some regions reaches 66 %. The dynamics of these indicators was analyzed and the key risks leading to the deterioration of public health and a decrease in the quality of medical care were identified. The proposed unique author's digital solutions aimed at optimizing the work of medical personnel, ensuring monitoring of public health, supporting the level of healthcare in remote areas will allow reducing the growth rate of morbidity and mortality, which will positively affect the level of human capital |
