| Abstract: | Доклад посвящен проблемам кадровой безопасности в эпоху цифровизации. Автором проводится исследования кадровой безопасности и ее места в системе экономической безопасность. Данная тема актуальна, так как развитие кадровой безопасности является сегментом государственной политики РФ в рамках программы цифровизации до 2030 г. В соответствии с заданной темой определена цель, поставлены задачи, базируясь на изучении понятия «кадровой безопасности», анализе и обобщении информации, уточнено данное понятие, сформулированы основные проблемы, найдены слабые стороны и их решения. Результатом работы является вывод, что кадровые проблемы требуют системного подхода к управлению персоналом. Организации должны строить эффективные стратегии подбора, развития и удержания персонала, а также уделять внимание обучению, изменению организационной культуры и управлению изменениями |
| Abstract (in another language): | The report is devoted to the problems of personnel security in the era of digitalisation. The author studies «personnel security» and its place in the system of economic security. This topic is relevant, as the development of personnel security is a segment of the state policy of the Russian Federation within the framework of the digitalisation programme up to 2030. In accordance with the given topic the purpose is defined, tasks are set, based on the study of the concept of "personnel security", analysis and generalisation of information, the definition is given, the main problems are formulated, weaknesses and their solutions are found, statistical data are given. The result of the work is the conclusion that personnel problems require a systematic approach to personnel management. Organisations should build effective strategies for recruitment, development and retention of personnel, as well as pay attention to training, change of organisational culture and change management |
