| Abstract: | Цифровые валюты центрального банка (ЦВЦБ, Сentral Bank Digital Currency – CBDC) являются наиболее ярким феноменом в сфере цифровых технологий в финансовом секторе и представляют собой цифровую форму денег центрального банка. В условиях стремительных изменений, обусловленных активным и повсеместным внедрением цифровых технологий во все сферы экономики, финансовая система Республики Беларусь должна соответствовать изменяющимся запросам населения и субъектов хозяйствования в более быстрых, удобных, дешевых и безопасных средствах оплаты, содействовать внедрению инноваций в экономике и отвечать новым вызовам, стоящим перед ней. В этой связи целесообразно исследовать необходимость внедрения цифровой валюты на финансовом рынке Республики Беларусь |
| Abstract (in another language): | Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDS) are the most striking phenomenon in the field of digital technologies in the financial sector and represent a digital form of central bank money. In the context of rapid changes caused by the active and widespread introduction of digital technologies in all spheres of the economy, the financial system of the Republic of Belarus must meet the changing demands of the population and business entities for faster, more convenient, cheaper and safer means of payment, promote innovation in the economy and meet new challenges standing in front of her. In this regard, it is advisable to explore the need to introduce digital currency in the financial market of the Republic of Belarus |
