| Abstract: | Статья рассматривает проблемы управления на предприятиях в условиях цифровой трансформации и возможность их решения с помощью data-driven подхода. Авторы опираются на результаты исследования, проведенного специалистами Melbourne Business School, и выделяют четыре уровня развития аналитики на предприятиях. В работе приводятся принципы, необходимые для создания data-driven культуры на предприятии, и примеры использования данного подхода в различных организациях Республики Беларусь |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines management problems at enterprises in the context of digital transformation and the possibility of solving them using a data-driven approach. The authors rely on the results of a study conducted by specialists from Melbourne Business School and identify four levels of development of analytics in enterprises. The work provides the necessary principles to create a data-driven culture in an enterprise, and examples of the use of this approach in various organizations of the Republic of Belarus |
