| Abstract: | В статье раскрывается взаимосвязь рынка труда и рынка образовательных услуг, который формирует в цифровую эпоху ключевые компетенции и навыки. Описана сложность феномена цифровой грамотности и рамки цифровых компетенций для преподавателей. Выделены основные формы обучения в сочетании online и offline в совершенствовании системы бизнес-образования. Акцентируется внимание на цифровой грамотности необходимой будущим выпускникам для выхода на рынок труда. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article reveals the relationship between the labor market and the educational services market, which forms key competencies and skills in the digital age. The complexity of the phenomenon of digital literacy and the framework of digital competencies for teachers are described. The main forms of training in combination online & offline in improving the system of business education are highlighted. Attention is focused on the digital literacy necessary for future graduates to enter the labor market. |
