| Abstract: | Статья посвящена проблеме формирования политической коммуникации в цифровой среде. Рассматриваются основные признаки современного информационного пространства, его влияние на политический процесс. Анализируются возможные угрозы и риски распространения информации в условиях появления новых форм международных и внутригосударственных конфликтов. Обосновывается значение и роль современных информационных технологий в расстановке политических сил на мировой арене. Рассматривается место и механизмы участия Беларуси в мировом политическом процессе. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of political communication in the digital environment. The main features of the modern information space, its influence on the political process are considered. The possible threats and risks of information dissemination in the context of the emergence of new forms of international and intra-state conflicts are analyzed. The importance and role of modern information technologies in the alignment of political forces on the world stage is substantiated. The place and mechanisms of Belarus’ participation in the global political process are considered. |
