| Abstract: | В статье описана концепция система принятия решений 稟議制度 (ринги сэйдо), которая используется в японских корпорациях. Система освещена с точки зрения корпоративной культуры японских корпораций. В статье анализируются положительные и отрицательные стороны системы ринги сэйдо. К положительным относятся: принятие решения на базе всеобщего одобрения; личные беседы для нахождения консенсуса (根回し– нэмаваси); вовлеченность сотрудников разных позиций в управление компанией и т.д. К отрицательным: продолжительность процесса принятия решения; влияние межличностных отношений на процесс обсуждения проблемы один на один; вопрос коллективной ответственности. В статье упомянуты примеры использования ринги сэйдо в современных японских корпорациях |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article describes the concept of the decision-making system 稟議制度 (ringi seido), which is used in Japanese corporations. The system is explained from the point of view of the corporate culture of Japanese corporations. The article analyzes positive and negative sides of the ringi seido system. Positive sides are the following: decision-making based on approval from everyone; personal conversations to find consensus (根回し – nemawashi); involvement of employees of different positions in the management of the company, etc. Negative are the following: the duration of the decision-making process; the impact of interpersonal relations on the process of discussing the problem one on one; issue of collective responsibility. The article mentions examples of the use of ringi seido in modern Japanese corporations |
