| Abstract: | В настоящее время в связи с событиями, происходящими в мире, в определенном количестве случаев, субъекты, подъюрисдикционные праву Республики Беларусь, не могут исполнить взятые на себя обязательства не по своей воле. Настоящая статья посвящена одному из оснований прекращения гражданского-правовых обязательств по праву Республики Беларусь, в связи с указанными обстоятельствами, а именно, прекращению обязательств невозможностью исполнения. |
| Abstract (in another language): | At present, due to the events taking place in the world, in a certain number of cases, subjects under the jurisdiction of the law of the Republic of Belarus cannot fulfill their obligations not of their own free will. The article is devoted to one of the grounds for termination of civil obligations under the law of the Republic of Belarus, in connection with these circumstances, namely, termination of obligations by impossibility of performance. |
