| Abstract: | Статья посвящена исследованию мотивации как значимого нематериального фактора, влияющего на результативность инновационной деятельности. В работе рассматривается возможность количественной оценки мотивации научно-технического персонала и перспективы ее использования для разработки модели управления рынком объектов интеллектуальной собственности. С точки зрения мотивации ученых к коммерциализации результатов научно-технической деятельности предложена авторская классификация их типов. Описан возможный алгоритм разработки методики оценки мотивации работников научно-технической сферы |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is about the research on the issue of motivation as a significant intangible factor influencing the performance of innovation activities. The paper considers the possibility of quantitative assessment of motivation of scientific and technical personnel and prospects of its use for the development of intellectual property objects market management model. In terms of the scientists’ motivation to commercialize the results of scientific and technological activities, the author proposes the classification of the types of the scientists. A possible algorithm for development of a methodology for assessing the motivation of scientific and technological personnel is described |
