| Abstract: | Рассматриваются такие важные вопросы эффективного управления компаний как лидерство, стиль руководства, принятие решений. Проводится анализ вопросов бизнес коммуникации и менеджмента с точки зрения ценностных характеристик по измерениям шкалы Г. Хофстеде. Показано, что индексы измерений по странам являются отражением глубинных аспектов культуры. Эти ценностные измерения рассматриваются также как культурные компоненты, которые связаны с экономическими,географическими, демографическими показателями. |
| Abstract (in another language): | Such important issues of effective management of companies as leadership, leadership style, decision making are considered. The issues of business communication and management are analyzed from the point of view of value characteristics according to the measurements of the G. Hofstede scale. It is shown that the indices of measurements for countries are a reflection of the deep aspects of culture. These value measurements are also considered as cultural components that are associated with economic, geographical, and demographic indicators. |
