| Abstract: | Статья посвящена рассмотрению функций категории модальности в обеспечении коммуникативной целостности научного текста. Определено участие модальности в реализации коммуникативной целостности как внутри сверхфразового единства, так и на структурном уровне. Модальность осуществляет коммуникативную преемственность высказываний за счет выделения и объединения в тексте предикативных и релятивных единиц. Установлено, что модальность участвует в выделении рематических центров — наиболее релевантных высказываний внутри сверхфразовых единств. Модальность является средством реализации таких промежуточных категорий, как прогрессия и стагнация, которые обеспечивают когезию - коммуникативную преемственность высказываний внутри структурной части текста. Выявлены виды модальности, которые обеспечивают логическое развертывание аргументов внутри сверхфразовых единств. Определено, что модальность реализует такие категории, как проспекция и ретроспекция, что обеспечивает интеграцию — коммуникативную целостность текста на структурном уровне. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the consideration of the functions of the category of modality in realizing communicative integrity of a scientifi c text. The participation of modality in the implementation of communicative integrity both within the super-phrasal unity and at the structural level is determined. Modality carries out the communicative continuity of statements by highlighting and combining predicative and relative units in the text. It has been established that modality is involved in the diff erentiation of rhematic centers — the most relevant statements within super-phrasal unities. Modality is a means of implementing such intermediate categories as progression and stagnation, which ensure cohesion — the communicative continuity of statements within the structural part of the text. The types of modality that provide the logical development of arguments within super-phrasal unities are identified. It has been determined that modality implements categories such as prospection and retrospection, which ensures integration — the communicative integrity of the text at the structural level. |
