| Abstract: | В статье представлены результаты пилотажного эмпирического исследования переживаний экзистенциального кризиса женщинами в период ранней взрослости. Установлено, что в период ранней взрослости у женщин, переживающих экзистенциальный кризис, прослеживается неудовлетворённость пройденным отрезком жизненного пути, сложившимися семейными и дружескими отношениями, ощущение отсутствия планировавшихся в юности достижений, наличие большого количества ошибок, которые невозможно исправить. Также присутствует комплекс следующих переживаний: чувство вины перед родителями, другими близкими людьми и самой собой за неудавшуюся жизнь, разочарование, страх перед жизнью и страх смерти. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article presents the results of a pilot empirical study of women’s experiences of an existential crisis during early adulthood. It has been established that women in early adulthood, experiencing an existential crisis, exhibit dissatisfaction with the passed part of their life path, relationships, established family and friendships, a feeling of lack of achievements planned in their youth, and the presence of a large number of mistakes that cannot be corrected. There is also a complex of the following experiences: a feeling of guilt before parents, other loved ones and oneself for a failed life, disappointment, fear of life and fear of death. |
