| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the legal conditions for the implementation of venture investments in the Republic of Belarus. Taking into account the peculiarities of the formation of venture investments in the country and their legal regulation, the main problematic aspects of the activities of venture organizations created to invest in innovative projects are identified. The results of the study indicate the incompleteness of regulation in the field of investment, the presence of legislative obstacles in the field of venture financing, the unsystematic nature of domestic investment legislation, prospects for improving legislation |
